I have been in the mission field for a month now!!

I have been in the mission field for a month now!! Crazy to think how fast time has flown by! It has been a fun but still crazy week!!

2 of our investigators now have b-day (baptismal dates) which is awesome!!! I am so excited for them. We sadly dropped like 10 of our investigators because they are progressing and they are using our lesson time for social hour and we cant get anywhere to help them progress. But we pray that they will call and start progressing soon.

we had exchanges this week as well so for 3 days i was in Watervielt with the STL (sister training leader) she taught me so much and I was able to finally see how far i have come sense i first left on my mission. Sister Wood is the funnest STL ever!! She made it so much fun to learn more about being a missionary.

Today we are going as a mission to go see Motab preform with Alex Boye so it will be one big Mission party!!!! I am so excited!!!

So July 1st we get our new mission president (President Rogers) he seems pretty cool! It sad to know President Wirthlin is leaving just with in a month i have grown so close to him. At return and report he realized the Ron Loveland is my grandpa and he thought it was so cool to have Rons granddaughter in the mission where he was a president. HAHA you just had to be there to see his excitement over this whole thing. HAHA he was like a little kid HAHA

my comp and i are working well together finally which is a wonderful fantastic thing!! we are seeing miracles happen every day and it is wonderful!!! we have started making a miracle bored so everyday we write down all the miracles that we say happen. It is so much fun to see how the Lord has blessed us as missionaries.

Recently I was reading in D&C i believe 75. It was talking about how the Lord will help the family of those who serve them. WOW how amazing it that!! as we dedicate a small amount of time to the Lord and serve him and help bring his children unto Christ he will bless us and those we love. WOW i think that is just plan out AWESOME!!

I invite you all you continually turn to the Lord in prayer, He does truly hear you and he will answer you. As you do this you will see you own miracles happen everyday. I know that prayer so very important and the Lord does want to hear form all of his children. I know we shouldn't only pray when we are having bad days but we should pray when we are having good days as well because our good days is the Lord blessing us for being strong during the bad days.

You are all amazing children of God and he loves you so very much. Stray strong and hold to that Iron rode like it was your life because as we hold to the Iron rode we will be able to return to our Father in Heaven with Honor. Thank you so much for all your love and support! it you have any questions just email me. I am always happy to answer questions especially one that are about the Lords gospel and will help you come closer to our Savior. If there is any way i can help you come closer to our Heavenly father and our Savior Jesus Christ I will. I am always praying for you all everyday.

you all are amazing!!! and I thank you so much for your thoughts and Prayer. I am doing great here and i am concurring the world one lesson at a time!! Remember dont be afraid to open your mouth to all those you meet. you will plant seeds that way that will always help the missionaries.

Love the Lord with all your Heart! <3

Hello!!!!!!!! Its your Favorite Missionary!!!!!

Well not much happened this week, but it was still a good week :) We picked up a few new investigators. We have been working hard trying to get new people to teach, I am learning the People here really don't like missionaries. Any time we go tracing everyone is very rude to us and it gets us down in the dumps but we pray, pray, pray, and pray some more to be leaded to those the Lord has prepared for us. But we are planting seeds at least!
I am so excited though we have a less active that has a desire to go to the temple and I get to help her get there and hopefully with my mission presidents permission maybe i will be able to go with her so I am going to help her reach her goal of attending the temple. That is really our big highlight of the week. We had to drop 3 of our investigators because they aren't progressing and  that was a bummer.
Oh there was one funny thing we were walking around Fort Plain heading to a lesson and we had to guys pull over and start flirting with us it was so awkward!!!! so we taught them the Restoration and told them to pray to know if Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God. So yeah that was fun! haha I have had so many guys flirt with me and i am just like," You want to learn how the Gospel of Jesus Christ can bless you life!" then they look at me like i am a nut case its so much fun!!!! Because little do they know i am a Nut case! HAHAHAHA!
So yeah its been a good week return and report was also this week and that was fun begin able to see all the cool missionaries i was in the MTC with. so yeah its was fun! haha

Thank you for all the love and support!!!!
I am so grateful for Fathers, don't ever forget to tell you Father in Heaven you much you love him and how grateful you are for the Father he gave you on this earth. It is such a blessing to have a Father share the same love our Heavenly Father has for us on this earth. It is amazing!!!!!!!!
Oh also I get to teach Gospel Principles this coming Sunday! I am teaching about Eternal Marriage, our Branch Mission Leaders ask me to teach about it because he was prompted my the Holy Ghost to have me teach it because i have a very strong testimony of how important Eternal Marriage is. So that was Awesome!!! I cant wait to teach it because i know Our Branch mission Leader was truly inspired :) Oh I will also be speaking in church July 19th as well. This Branch is putting me to work!!! and i am enjoying every minute of it!!!!
Love you all so much and so grateful for you wonderful influence in my life. NEVER DELAY A PROMPTING!!!!!!!!
Love the Lord with all your heart!

WEEK 3 caught in the rain

First off Thank you so much for all you thoughts and prayers!!!! They truly mean a lot to have all of you guys support!!!
So this week have been way better than any other week!! like no joke!!!! I am learning so much about how to teach the lords children and how to be a instrument for the Lord and how to let the spirit speak through me. It truly has been a blessing to be able to have the spirit with me constantly!
So the big fun this week is me and my comp got caught in 2 huge rain storms. 1 has tornado warning and watches and it was pretty scary but still loads of fun!!! We got soaked head to toe we were able to ring out our skirts and make our own little puddles with all the water. it was so much fun to dance in the rain!!
We are mostly working with Less actives and recent converts but we are still teaching a good amount of investigators. We barely have any time to think for ourselves but when we do it is nice. We just picked up 2 new people Jasmin and Patty they both are a hoot to be around! Jasmin is 17 and had been through the ringer but as she has been meeting with us she feels like she has known us forever and loves to just sit and ask questions. Then Patty is so funny she told my comp and I up front very personal things and we thought it was so funny but she loves to talk and learn more about Jesus. HAHA! oh and our special spirit Jeff (aka dreadlock man) he is easing up on falling in love with us because he is now seeing that we arent there to socialize and we are there to teach him and help him gain a relationship with Heavenly Father. The senior couple in our area come and teach with is as well so them we arent alone.
Weirdly enough we are never really fed here, there is like 2 people that feed us the senior couple and awesome Less active Sister Van Avery any time we meet with her she tells us to plan for a meal. haha but other then that we make our own food so I am finally eating healthy. lol jk I still love my junk food!
During the last big rain storm we were actually in the middle of a lesson with a sweet lady named MOMMA Lathrop she hates being called sister lathrop because she is to old to be any of our sisters so she is our mom! we decided to take selfies so I will send picture in another email.
Everyone has DOGS and CATS it is nuts and everyone has very little it breaks my little heart to see so many people go with out things that i was so blessed to have in my life. I wish i had the means to help them all but I don't

but i do have the Gospel and the gospel of Jesus Christ can bless them. So we try our hardest to teach everyone.
oh one last thing just yesterday a miracle happened!!!! my comp and i were struggling to find people to teach so we read a scripture about faith and prayed that the Lord would help us find some anyone how would sit and listen to the message we had to share. so we got out of our car and started to tract then we found 2 kind gentle men and they really were interested with what we had to share. we taught them the restoration and they want us to come back and teach them more. It was amazing!!!! I know the Lord hears and answers all of our prayers and I know is always there to help us.
Love you all and thank you for all your love and support!

WEEK 2 in the Mission field

Hello Friends and Family!!!!
I love you all and so grateful for all you love and support that you all have given me! This week has been a struggle week. Like more then usual! But I am working harder then I ever have in my life! I would like to invite you all to read you Patriarchal Blessing, it truly is your own personal scripture. It will help you so much in you life, I know that we should always strive to fulfill our blessing it is our map to return to our Heavenly Father. If you don't have one yet I would like to ask you to prepare yourself to receive one. They are truly a blessing to have in our lives!
So the big highlight of this week is that a young man named Brandon the very first person i OYMed (opened you Mouth) has a baptismal date. My second day in fonda we met him ( he reminds me so much of Corban) he was outside with his brother in law giving his dog a hair cut, I started talking to him and thanks to Corban I was able to relate Joseph Smith to Luke Skywalker. How I did that I dont know but I did! He has such a strong desire to learn, he is 18 and about to Graduate High School, he has some special needs like my man corban but he is still super brilliant! But anyways our 2 time meeting with him we invited him to be baptized and he said, " yes, I know that you guys represent Jesus and if you are asking me to be baptized i know that I should." It was amazing!!!
Oh and we have the funniest Less Active fellow, He has dred locks that hit the flour and lays on the ground about 1 foot. He is a special guy, but me and my companion feel like he maybe falling in love with us so we are now asking the senior couple in our mission to meet with us so then we are not alone with him. But we are teaching him all over again, he comes to church every now and then and thats good. But he is pretty cool other then that we just taught him about the Holy Ghost and had a object lesson and he really understood. My companion had me teach the whole lesson and it was actually pretty easy other then having to make ensure he says focus.
The Branch here is great! We just had a baptism for a man who kids joined the church not to long ago. His daughters are the sweetest they have been through alot and on my first Saturday in Fonda they have adopted me to be there big sister. The Elders that are teaching them are so grateful for me because I am helping more then they ever could. I love those girls and I pray that I will be able to stay in Fonda long enough to see them gain their own testimony of the Lords gospel. They are truly great young women!
I am so grateful for all you love and Support! Thank you for all your prayers!
and remember to always Pray to the lord he is truly your best friend and can help you so much!
( sorry I didn't take any pictures this week there really wasn't enough time we were just working so hard we forgot to take pictures)

NEW YORK!!! READY TO SERVE

I am working hard! My companion name is Sister Fiefia! she is great! I am so happy she is my companion she is teaching me so much!!!! We are working very hard! We took over elders area so we are currently trying to get to know the area and the people. It has been rough, I am learning there are more rule and guideline then what i thought there was, but Sister Fiefia is helping me. I am currently in Fonda New York. It a very small town and not many people live here. but the area we serve in is actual quite big so there is a set of elders to help us with all the less actives. There are very few amount of people that are active in the glovesville branch but we are working hard to get them back to church. there is this one guy named jeff he is kinda interesting he has dredge locks that he has been growing for 35 years!!!! it is so coolie gross!!!!! Oh i know the lord needed me here in Fonda, there are a few sisters here that have a special place in my heart. they both have adopted me as there big sister. they both were just baptized and need just a little help and they have turned to me and sister fiefia to help them and and we are doing as much as we can to help. i am so happy to be here. I am learning so much about the lords gospel! I am so grateful for this wonderful opportunity to serve the lord! I have learned how important it is to truly read and ponder the word that are in the book of Mormon there is a reason why they are there and they will help you so much as you let the spirit teach you through prayer. I invite you all to read the book of Mormon and pray to know if it is true! the lord will here and answer you prayers! you are all children of god and he loves you more then anyone can describe in words. you are all amazing and thank you so much for all your love and support! And thank you for all your prayers! God be with you till I see you again! remember to always pray the lord will always be there for you.
